Plein Air Bay Area?

Does anyone know if the Bay area have any Plein Air group? I saw them PA Austin and PA Sonoma even has their own website, and was wondering if we have something like that around the Bay area.

These two studies took me more than one hour each, yikes. I guess painting more will help me go faster? One can only hope.

Hi Joe! I am usually very positive, I hop and skip around my office often. And check out my buddy Simon, he likes comics too.

Your work is very nice. I like your style. Are you painting in oil? I probably over looked that. I'll check back in. Barb

Thanks Jeff and Barb! I'm using watercolor for now, since I just started to get back in painting, and watercolor dries fast and easily portable and seemed less intimidating than oil in general.

Have you checked in this site for any plein air going on around the bay area?

Thanks Frank, I actually just found one! Ed Terpening just posted that their Verde Artist Guild is painting out on Golden Gate this weekend. I'm signing up for their mailing list!
